At The Les Grandeur Med Spa, our goal is to provide quality care in a timely manner.
As a reminder, we have a no show and cancellation policy which enables us to better utilize available appointments.
This time will be reallocated to a client who is in urgent need of treatment.
Available appointments are in high demand and your cancellation allows us to allocate that slot to another client.

The following policy is in effect for clients who are unable to keep their scheduled office visit appointment:
Clients who fail to show for their scheduled appointment or did not notify the office within 24 hours of their scheduled appointment time, shall be subject to a “No Show/Cancellation” fee of $50.00.
*In the event of an actual emergency and prior notice could not be given, consideration will be given, and a one-time exception may be granted.
The following policy is in effect for clients who have pre-paid packages and are unable to keep their scheduled office visit appointment:
Clients who fail to show for their scheduled pre-paid package appointment, and did
not notify the office within 24 hours to cancel or re-schedule their appointment time, will be subject to a “No Show/Cancellation” penalty fee of $50.00 (as stated above). In addition, the missed appointment will be deducted from your pre-paid package.
Example: If you have a pre-paid package of 6 and you fail to show, or cancel according to our policy stated above, that appointment time slot that was reserved for you, will be deducted from your package of 6, leaving you with 5 remaining appointments in your package.
