3M clear, water-resistant, hypoallergenic, and latex-free plastic tape that is porous for breathability and client comfort. Place on the fabric-lined surface of a Hydrating Under Eye Gel Patch along the edge adjacent to the lash line to create a lint-free surface that prevents lint from attaching to natural lashes during lash applications. This tape can also be used to raise and secure upper eyelids for easier eyelash extension attachment on the inner and outer lashes, and it can assist during applications on clients with heavy upper eyelids or downward pointing lashes.
